Special Ingredients For Weathering Materials

- May 01, 2019-

The basic refractory material is mainly composed of magnesium oxide and calcium oxide, and magnesium brick is commonly used. Magnesia bricks containing more than 80% to 85% of magnesia have good resistance to alkaline slag and iron slag, and have higher refractoriness than clay bricks and silica bricks. Mainly used in open hearth furnaces, oxygen blowing converters, electric furnaces, non-ferrous metal smelting equipment and some high temperature equipment.

Refractory materials used in special occasions are high temperature oxide materials such as alumina, yttria, yttria, calcium oxide, zirconia, etc., refractory compound materials such as carbides, nitrides, borides, silicides and sulfides. Etc.; high temperature composite materials, mainly cermet, high temperature inorganic coating and fiber reinforced ceramics.

Commonly used refractory materials are AZS brick, corundum brick, direct combination magnesia chrome brick, silicon carbide brick, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick, nitride, silicide, sulfide, boride, carbide and other non-oxide refractories. Refractory materials such as calcium oxide, chromium oxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, and antimony oxide.

Frequently used insulating refractories are diatomite products, asbestos products, insulation panels, and the like.

Commonly used amorphous refractories are replenishing materials, ramming materials, castables, plastics, refractory mud, refractory spray materials, refractory projection materials, refractory coatings, lightweight refractory castables, gun mud, and the like.
