1. Improve the comprehensive utilization level and support capacity of resources.
By 2015, high-end refractory materials are basically self-sufficient, the comprehensive utilization rate of magnesite ore resources is not less than 90%, and the comprehensive utilization rate of refractory clay ore resources is not less than 80%. By 2020, the comprehensive utilization rate of the two ore resources will be higher than 95% and 90% respectively.
2. Increase energy conservation and emission reduction.
By 2015, the energy efficiency of major energy-consuming equipment will reach Grade 1, the comprehensive energy consumption of major products will be reduced by more than 20% compared with 2010, and the total emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides will decrease by 8% and 10% respectively compared with 2010. The recycling rate of refractory materials is not less than 50%. By 2020, the recycling rate of refractory materials after use will be higher than 75%.
3. Improve industrial concentration.
By 2015, 2~3 internationally competitive enterprises will be formed, and several new industrialized industrial demonstration bases will be established. The top 10 enterprises will have an industrial concentration of 25%. By 2020, the industry concentration of the top 10 companies will increase to 45%.
The workability of the refractory material includes consistency, slump, fluidity, plasticity, cohesiveness, resilience, cohesiveness, hardenability, and the like.
