Introduction of colorants commonly used in injection molding of modified plastic pre-dyes: There are quite a lot of colorants, and there are four main types of colorants used in injection molding:

1. Inorganic colorants. This is the most used type of colorant and is widely used because of its strong coloring power, heat resistance and low cost. Commonly used are titanium dioxide, lithopone, cadmium red, iron oxide red, cadmium yellow, chrome yellow, carbon black, ultramarine blue, cobalt blue, chrome green and so on.

2. Organic colorants. Mainly include benzidine yellow G, indocyanine green, plastic purple RL, permanent orange G, Lisol red, indigo blue, quinacridone purple and so on.

3. Fluorescent whitening agent is abbreviated as fluorescent agent or whitening agent. It can make the color clear, suitable for PE, PP, PS, PA, ABS, PC, POM and other resins.

4. Pearlescent agent. It can strongly reflect light at a certain angle in plastics, producing pearl-like sparkling, which can give beautiful pearlescence to the products, mainly natural pearlescent agents made of fish scales, as well as acid lead arsenate, basic lead carbonate and acid chloride. Synthetic pearlescent agent.
